  2. Egg Yolks Are Bad for You: egg yolk is recommended for everyone unless allergic as it is loaded with HDL which is a good cholesterol and actually counteracts the effects of bad cholesterol. Eating eggs for Breakfast is the best way to get your energy levels up.

  1. Drink 8 glasses of Water every day: The recommended amount of water to be consumed according to The National Academies of Sciencesfor women is 7 litres and men 3.7 litres a day. Most of the water comes through food we consume.
  2. There are only 5 human senses: Your body provides your brain with sensory data about many other things like balance, temperature, time and proprioception.
  3. Starving is a good idea for weight loss: A radical shift in your eating can lead to the opposite result. Eating too little or starving yourself is a very bad idea and it actually leads to rebound weight gain.

  3. Detox to cleanse your body of toxins: There is no need for anyone to detox their systems, as our bodies are built to get rid of toxins way better than any diet or treatment can.
