Kylie Jenner at Grammy, 2019 makes us wonder about her Diet Secrets

2019 Grammies held in LA saw Kylie Jenner walk in with her current boyfriend Travis Scott and my, what a stunning couple they make! Just look at this picture of them together.

Looking at the Kylie, it’s probably hard to believe that the 21 year old is a mother! Stormi is such an adorable baby, isn’t she?

Did Kylie gain weight during pregnancy? If yes, how did she lose all that weight?  Was she insecure? Read on to find out…

“My boobs are defiantly three times the size, which bothers me. I have stretch marks on my boobs. My stomach isn’t the same, my waist isn’t the same, my butt’s bigger, my thighs [are] bigger.” Kylie was quoted saying in an Instagram session with her fans. “It’s just a change and I’m finding, like I have to change my style a little because nothing in my closet fits me from before.” Although she does admit, her body bounced back sooner than most.

In March, Jenner revealed that during pregnancy she gained a total of 40 lbs. The post that went upp in a Q&A with her followers has now been deleted.

Here’s how she managed to lose a reported 25 pounds in just two weeks.

  1. Rumour has it that Kylie is following Kim’s advice on sticking to a strict 1,500 calorie-a-day diet Along with that she has stopped consuming carbs or sugar, and dairy.
  2. Kylie drinks “detox teas”. She has always been a big fan of detox teas as her Instagram posts frequently show.
  3. She hit the gym to work out with a personal trainer five days a week doing a mix of cardio and weight lifting. She prefers to run, do squats, and push-ups.
  4. She wears a waist Trainer to help her bring her body back into shape quickly. One of herinstagram posts have also mentioned ‘Waistgang’ as her favourite brand.
