Shilpa Shetty Kundra is giving you fitness goals left, right and centre. With a body like that sometimes we wonder, how much does she workout? What does she eat? Can we also look so fit!

Well, I turned into a little stalker and guess what I found? Read on to more about Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s fitness Regime.

‘Shilpa Shetty Wellness Series’ is a website founded by her that reveals all her secrets in addition to encouraging those who cannot go to the gym, consult nutritionists because of time constraints and other reasons.

She has also previously revealed her diet secrets in a book titled, ‘The Great Indian Diet’, which was co-authored by nutrition and fitness expert Luke Coutinho.

In one of her interviews she revealed, “I keep my heart happy, stay active and make sure that I eat right, and chew my food. When your heart is happy, your mind is happy and vice versa”

She is an avid practioner of yoga and has even released audio visuals of yoga routines and asanas that one can follow. Much of her figure and poise can be credited to Yoga! Interestingly, she became deep-rooted in yoga after being introduced to it by her physiotherapist to combat neck pain.

The actress follows a balanced diet.

Her breakfast consists of a glass of hot water and papaya smoothie with lemon. She alternates the latter with different juices everyday like aloe vera, amla, pomegranate, beetroot green apple cucumber and spinach. She follows it with tea made with milk, brown sugar and two eggs.

For her meals, she likes to consume carbohydrates, especially brown rice, brown pasta or brown bread. All of them are low in glycaemic index. Her meals are more often than not made with olive oil. For Dessert, she often has a piece of jaggery.

Her evening snacks constitute of two eggs with brown toast and a cup of tea.

For dinner- salad, soup and stir-fried vegetables or paneer that she eats before 8 pm to ensure at least 3 hours before going to bed for better digestion.
